Due to security risks in Nigeria, this team will now be done virtually/online via Zoom and thus no fees will be assessed.
All pediatric subspecialties, especially neonatology and obstetrics are needed to teach a nonprofit Christian women and children’s hospital. Participants will teach at a continuing education conference. Physicians from throughout the region will be invited to attend the conference and there will be a chance to interact one on one with local physicians.
Any pediatric subspeciality or academic general pediatrician is appropriate. Other topics include:
Pediatric ED or ICU
Prevention of Neonatal Sepsis
Parenteral nutrition in the preterm
Respiratory support in the preterm
Fluid management in an unconscious child
Endocrine
Diabetes in children
Growth Disorders
Ambiguous genitalia
