MEI has been invited to participate in an educational collaboration with physicians and students at the city’s main tertiary hospital and its medical university. Volunteers are needed with backgrounds in the following specialties:
There is a specific request for those with experience utilizing ECMO therapy as well.
Volunteers and spouses will have opportunities to visit centers for foster and homeless/hospice patients as well as teaching/preaching at local churches during the Easter season are also anticipated.
Each team member must arrange and pay for their own airfare. NOTE: The project cost will vary depending on CMDA membership status, professional status and length of stay. All participants will pay from each category (1. MEI Registration fee 2. Project fee and daily and 3. Emergency Evacuation Insurance).
- Emergency Medicine
- Palliative Care
- Intensivist Medicine
- Primary Care
