Focus: Trauma with recruiting for trauma nursing, speech/swallow therapist, and Pulmonology. I already have people in mind for palliative/geriatrics and simulation. Specifically looking for a speech swallow person and a Pulmonology/intensivist.
We are planning a 2-day conference 13-14 November involving our volunteers and local physicians as well.
We will also be visiting several villages for health care screenings and holding “meet the doctor/nurse’ sessions during the week of 9-12 November
Opportunities to preach/teach will also be available.
It is highly recommended each participant traveling outside the US to complete the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP): https://mytravel.state.gov/s/step

Prerequisites
- If not enclosed with the application, please forward a copy of your passport that has an expiration date at least 6 months from the date of entry, 12 months is preferred.
- Healthcare professionals, please forward a copy of your current CV (must be within the last 3 years.)
- Healthcare professionals, please forward a copy of your medical license valid through the trip dates. (If you no longer maintain a license, you can participate in teaching, but are not permitted to provide any patient care.)
- Healthcare professionals, please forward a copy of your board certification or any other certifications related to your assignment on this trip.

- You must be in relatively good physical condition and can walk a minimum of one mile.
