This team will have an emphasis on swallowing disorders, burn care, maxillofacial oncologic surgery, and telehealth in primary care.
Each team member must arrange and pay for their own airfare. NOTE: The project cost will vary depending on CMDA membership status, professional status, and length of stay.
The estimated costs for this trip (airfare not included) is $1250.00.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS/TAXIS/CAR,VAN RENTALS
120.00 per person if utilizing Flixbus transfers (regardless of LOS-round trip total)
** (An additional 120.00 per person/night if overnight in Budapest hotel is required to accommodate an early AM flight)

- Healthcare professionals, please forward a copy of your medical license valid through the trip dates. (If you no longer maintain a license, you can participate in teaching, but are not permitted to provide any patient care.)
- Healthcare professionals, please forward a copy of your board certification or any other certifications related to your assignment on this trip.
