MEI is looking for presenters for Novi Sad, Serbia Medical Student Conference on November 20-22, 2025 for 250-300 students (600+ applicants) with travel and teaching in several cities in Serbia prior to the conference. Not limited to but seeking female physicians to join existing American teaching team for this conference. Teaching topics requested include procedural skills and medical topics with lunch breakouts for sensitive/faith subjects like work/life balance and female physician pertinent topics taught preferably by female physicians. The medical ministry's upcoming activities in Serbia are impactful and multifaceted. Overall, the medical ministry's approach integrates education, relationship-building, trauma healing programming and support, and community engagement, reflecting a comprehensive and compassionate approach to medical outreach in Serbia.

- Purpose: presenters for Medical Student Conference on 20 - 22 November 2025 for 250-300 students (600+ applicants) with travel and medical education & trauma healing in other cities in Serbia
- Onsite Hosts: Steve & Tanja & Dr. Samuil Petrovski
- Team size DESIRED: 2 more female physicians to join existing American teaching team for this conference (total of 10)
- Other Teaching opportunities Located in Nis, Belgrade, and Novi Pazar, Serbia

Prerequisites
- If not enclosed with the application, please forward a copy of your passport that has an expiration date at least 6 months from the date of entry, 12 months is preferred.
- Healthcare professionals, please forward a copy of your current CV.
- Healthcare professionals, please forward a copy of your medical license valid through your trip dates. (If you no longer maintain a license, you can participate in teaching, but are not permitted to provide any patient care.)
- Healthcare professionals, please forward a copy of board certifications, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Discuss with the Team Leader your topic for lecture preparation.
Restrictions
- You must be in relatively good physical condition and can walk a minimum of 1 mile.
Preparation
- Review and ensure MEI has a copy of your medical credientials.
- Make sure the registration/administration fees are paid at registration. All fees must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
